Returns and refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, Twinkle Tumbler does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the original packaging

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

If the claim is approved, Twinkle Tumbler reserves the right to:

• Replace the item, or

• Offer a partial or full resolution at our discretion

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Twinkle Tumbler is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once the order has been shipped.

All shipping issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. Any disputes made in violation of this policy may result in being banned from future purchases.
